4.1 Process
The project is initialized with the drafting and distribution of a launch note.
If the size of the project requires it, it will be broken down into several lots, with each lot comprising a number of stages. Each stage contains work to be carried out in a certain order. Planning consists in organizing the sequence of work. Planning is carried out along two axes:
an organizational view of quality, the results of which are recorded in the Software Quality Assurance Plan (SQAP) document;
an initial assessment of the project (true project specification), the results of which are recorded in the PDL Software Development Plan document.
