ABSTRACT

This article is a complement to the general article "Business plan"[AG1030]. It presents concrete possible contents of a business plan through examples. These examples come from different business plans. They illustrate essential points of a business plan: executive summary, choice of a target, analysis of demand, revenue model, main rivals, axes of distinction, position, pricing, stages of development and financial section. This article addresses a wide variety of innovative projects for which business plans can be more difficult to draw up.
