A project doesn't just happen. Before it reaches a state of normal operation, it has to pass through various stages, during which the objectives to be achieved and the pitfalls to be avoided are not the same as those of a running business.
Taking these stages into account and presenting them in the business plan is essential if we are to anticipate the resources expected and to be deployed.
