The whole of the above-mentioned approach, in particular source control, impact control and the cost/benefit balance justifying the management scenario(s), must be presented in a report which must include the following elements:
summary of previous diagnoses ;
summary of the choice of management scenarios: source control, impact control, cost/benefit balance;
