1. The regulatory context
Since March 2017, in the interests of simplification and consistency, French legislation has adopted the principle of a single authorization covering the various environmental aspects of a single project, which was not previously the case. The related regulatory texts are mainly:
order no. 2017-80 of January 26, 2017;
decree no. 2017-81 of January 26, 2017;
decree no. 2017-82 of January 26, 2017.
