7. Conclusion

Since the Royal Law of August 17, 2015, legislation has been changing and evolving every year. All the implementing decrees for the AGEC anti-waste and circular economy law of February 10, 2020 had not yet been published, and since February 10, 2021, the legislature has been examining the bill to combat climate change.

Readers must therefore keep a constant watch on regulatory developments.
