3. Technological alternative

In brewing, FT can be used as a technological alternative in 4 applications:

  • wort separation (after stirring) ;

  • clarification of the beer ;

  • production of alcohol-free beer or dealcoholization ;

  • cold sterilization of clarified beer before packaging.
