Rolling stock
Rolling stock is defined as all equipment capable of operating on all or part of the trans-European rail network, including :
self-propelled railcars with internal combustion engines or electric motors;
electric or thermal locomotives or engines;
Passenger cars;
freight cars.
Vehicle
By vehicle, we mean any rolling stock in the form of trains which are indivisible during operation, or in the form of individual vehicles such as a passenger car, locomotive or wagon.
