Lean Startup
This approach aims to make the most of human creativity by optimizing the use of available resources. The aim is to offer customers a product or service perfectly adapted to their needs as quickly as possible.
Lean Startup is based on a three-stage loop (produce, measure and learn), in which the startup is seen as an organization that transforms ideas into products or services, which it adapts to customer needs on the basis of qualitative and quantitative feedback. Going through this loop several times will enable the startup to draw a number of lessons that will help it to persist in the direction it has set itself, or to change direction by pivoting.
