6. Review and outlook

6.1 Positives

Firstly, the subsidiary's financial results over the three years were on target, or even better than the Group's expectations, and sales generated by the second product range exceeded expectations, whereas sales of the first product range had fallen more sharply than expected.

In addition, synergies have been implemented between the two businesses, common processes have been set up and teams have collaborated on joint projects, notably in the digital field. Talent management has enabled mobility between the two teams, both on the initiative of management, to balance the workforce, and on the initiative of employees wishing to renew their professional experience. Assessment and recognition processes have been harmonized.
