4. Approach to organizational culture and change

4.1 Presentation

The approach used for this culture change project is that promoted and deployed by the Barrett Values Centre, an international structure set up and developed by Richard Barrett. This approach places values at the heart of an organization's culture and, more generally, its performance. In situations where a change of culture is necessary, it proposes the adoption of a global, tool-based approach, supported by appropriate leadership and based on an analysis of the values of individuals and the organization, as they are currently lived or desired for the future.
