3. Project objectives

To meet the group's requirements, the project to be carried out by the subsidiary's president had the following objectives:

  • federate the management team and develop its commitment as the driving force behind the subsidiary's transformation as envisioned by the Group;

  • ensure the adoption of the new strategic plan within the subsidiary, with a focus on new product ranges and new patient populations;

  • change the company's culture to strengthen employee commitment and develop the leadership skills of directors and managers, as well as improve the working climate.
