5. Project timeline and deployment
In the deployment of culture change within the company, it is possible to distinguish three main phases, which are as follows:
1. December 2012-March 2013: mobilization and actions with the management team;
2. April 2013-December 2014: involvement and in-depth work with employees;
3. January 2015-December 2015: analysis of the results achieved by the management team and employees, and implementation of any necessary adjustments.
