4. Foundries subject to declaration

For foundries subject to declaration, noise pollution requirements are set out in the standard order of June 30, 1997. .

The facility must be built, equipped and operated in such a way that its operation cannot cause airborne or solid-borne noise likely to compromise the health or safety of the neighborhood or constitute a nuisance.

4.1 Definitions

Under the terms of the Order of June 30, 1997, we call :
