5. Foundries subject to authorization

Most foundries subject to authorization must comply with the requirements of the decree of January 23, 1997 relating to the limitation of noise emitted into the environment by installations classified for environmental protection (JO of March 27, 1997). .

Those benefiting from a prefectoral operating decree issued prior to 1 er July 1997 are subject to the rules set out in the decree of August 20, 1985. .
