2.1 GGSN
GGSN stands for Gateway GPRS Support Node. It is the interface between external networks, whether packet data networks or other mobile communications networks, and the GPRS network to which it belongs. It analyzes the PDP (Packet Data Protocol) addresses of incoming packets, and routes them via the SGSN.
