6. Study strategies and set medium-term targets
The purpose of this study is to identify the best network development strategy for moving from the initial state to the final target, and to determine the work schedule for achieving the target in the medium term. At the end of these studies, on the basis of the work envisaged, an estimate of the quality of supply is carried out to validate the effectiveness of the targets.
