1.1 Introduction
The "safety and health protection" mission is the result of the transposition of European directive no. 92/57 of June 24, 1992, which is ensured by a law and four implementing decrees:
law no. 93-1418 of December 31, 1993 amending the provisions of the Labor Code applicable to building and civil engineering operations with a view to ensuring the safety and protecting the health of workers;
Decree no. 94-1159 of December 26, 1994 on the integration of safety and the organization of safety coordination;
Decree no. 95-543 of May 4, 1995 on the inter-company college for safety, health and working conditions (CISSCT);
