2. SPS coordination contract
The obligation to draw up a contract with the project owner for SPS work is laid down in Articles R. 4532-20 to 22 of the French Labour Code, provisions which only private individuals can escape.
Where the coordinator is an agent of the project owner, the contract may be replaced by a written document allowing each operation to be identified individually.
