Also known as the "soft-touch" effect, this is the attractive effect that we seek through polysensoriality, in order to attract the consumer's favor by effervescing sensations of sight, touch, smell, sound...
Every effort will be made to work on the product's appearance, to differentiate it on the shelf.
Research in this area is ongoing, but it is fairly easy to focus on two areas to develop multi-sensoriality:
working with a material with special characteristics (paper or film with a peach skin feel, leather, skin... adhesive lamination with a soft, silky feel...);
use an overprint varnish with special characteristics, such as matte/gloss contrast, relief and "swelling" varnishes, iridescent or pearlescent varnishes, etc. (figure
