 INTRODUCTION

To meet its own objectives, traceability is a system and a process that must be managed independently. Traceability must not be confused with other company systems, such as the quality system or the IT system. However, to ensure its operational efficiency, it is advisable to integrate the traceability system into the company's IT system, particularly in the case of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), MES (Manufacturing Execution System) or CAPM (Computer-Aided Production Management).
