10. Preventing accidental pollution

A pollution control policy cannot be coherent if the risk of accidental pollution is not taken into account. An accidental event, such as the rupture of a tank, can wipe out all the previous efforts made during water treatment.

The prevention of accidental pollution is an operation that completes the previous actions and aims to protect not only the natural environment, but also the networks and the purification system, and even the manufacturing facilities.

We therefore need to take the following action.
