7. General prevention, protection and safeguard measures

7.1 Information

In accordance with article L. 125-2 of the French Environment Code, it is the responsibility of the mayors of the communes concerned by the PPRM study perimeter to organize, at least once every two years from the date of approval of the plan by the Prefect, information for the population on the existence and content of the document, with the possibility of involving the State services.

In addition, within six months of the plan's implementation, mayors are required to inform local network operators of the existence of the document, which can be consulted in the town halls concerned, and at the prefecture and its departments (DDT).
