2. Food Safety Culture: shared values

When we talk about the importance of "customer culture" for a commercial establishment, for example, we immediately think of a company whose "customer" orientation is clearly displayed and asserted. This implies a set of values focused on customer satisfaction, values which are themselves rooted in the corporate culture and shared by all employees and management.

The culture of food safety is in the same spirit, as we shall see.
