3. Establishing a food safety culture in your company
Before taking action to develop a positive food safety culture, we need to assess its initial level. The aim is to understand and act on the practices that characterize this culture, in order to strengthen food safety.
3.1 Initial assessment: questions to ask yourself
To begin with, the company needs to answer the question: "Where does its food safety culture stand? To do this, it needs to carry out a diagnostic to analyze and improve what already exists.
