3. Control of official signs of quality and origin
The aim of SIQO control is to guarantee to consumers that products have been produced in accordance with all the rules defined in the specifications and, with the exception of AB-certified products, that they meet the sensory and/or analytical characteristics described in the specifications. The entire system complies with European and national regulatory requirements (see table 1 ).
