5. ISO 9002 and HACCP

Malt factories have been committed to quality for many years.

Very quickly, they had to demonstrate that they were capable of meeting contractual and regulatory requirements over the long term. They therefore embarked on a voluntary quality assurance program to ensure the long-term viability of their quality system.
