4. Conclusion
This document aims to show that quality is present in every process of a product's life cycle, even if the word "quality" is often not explicitly mentioned. Everyone involved in a project implements quality actions, perhaps unconsciously, like Mr Jourdain.
Quality is not a self-contained, timeless activity that appears from time to time on a project. Nor is it an accusatory finger pointing at the precarious balance of a project's progress. Quality is about everyone being fully aware of their actions and the impact of their decisions on the quality of the final product.
Quality is everyone's business, at all times.
