1. Basic processes

1.1 Acquisition process

This term covers all the activities to be carried out by the purchaser. It should be noted that their presence as a full-fledged life-cycle process is relatively recent. Nevertheless, these activities already existed within the company. This new light should only formalize them further.

This process comprises three main phases.

  • Contractualization

    These include initialization, tendering and contracting. In other words, all activities leading up to the signing of the contract.
