to any compact neighborhood of the origin, the maximal time of settling in it is infinite for initial conditions belonging to the complement of the neighborhood;
from any compact neighborhood of the origin, the maximal time of convergence to the equilibrium is infinite;
we will return to this observation in Remark 2.
