1. Purchasing policy
As part of its various commitments to the implementation and application of the NF EN ISO/CEI 17025 standard, management must define a Purchasing policy through the Quality manual, a procedure or any other support.
The aim of the Purchasing policy is to define :
strategies ;
instructions ;
clear purchasing objectives, with a particular focus on critical purchases such as equipment or standards.
Extract from NF EN ISO/CEI 17025 § 4.6.1: the laboratory must have a policy and procedure(s) for selecting and purchasing the services and supplies it uses which have an impact on the quality of tests and/or calibrations.
