2. Procedures
The standard guides laboratories in the procedures they must draw up and implement:
supplier selection ;
purchasing methods ;
receipt and storage of reagents and consumables.
Depending on the size of the laboratory and the complexity of the various processes involved, one or more documents may need to be drawn up.
