1. Method validation process, quality approach
Standard NF ISO/CEI 17025 outlines the process for validating a measurement method, leaving the choice of tools open, such as the use of experimental designs or the quantification of repeatability standard deviation or reproducibility standard deviation. The whole approach is summarized in figure 1 .
The "Characterization" section is part of a whole and applies when the method used is non-standardized or outside its field of application.
