The main features are :

  • repeatability ;

  • reproducibility (or intermediate fidelity) ;

  • FITNESS;

  • linearity ;

  • sensitivity ;

  • selectivity/specificity ;

  • detection limit ;

  • limit of quantification ;

  • robustness.
