4. RDI project

An RDI project is often difficult to write, between the excess of generalities that leads astray and the excess of details that limits. However, the project must be described in sufficiently precise terms to enable a decision to be taken. It must be integrated into a medium-term RDI plan, the duration of which varies according to the technical field concerned, and which may itself be structured into axes to show how each project relates to the company's overall strategic project.
