According to building references , for a poorly insulated building, energy losses vary between 20 and 30% through attics and roofs, and between 10 and 15% through windows.
So, for the energy audit, if we're content with just an "overview of assessments", attic insulation would seem to be the best renovation solution. Since the building is old, it has poor attic insulation and windows in poor condition.
