From bacteria to humans, every living organism requires specific conditions to thrive. The essential element for the growth of any cell is water. Water is therefore one of the determining factors in the development of micro-organisms. Each micro-organism also has a pH range in which proliferation is optimal. In addition, the presence of nutrients, minerals and oxygen is necessary .
Now that the factors favouring the development and growth of micro-organisms are known, it is possible to find formulation solutions to limit or even prevent this phenomenon
