3. Evaluation audits

3.1 Planning organization

First of all, in accordance with the defined scope, we had to identify the various company departments concerned by the assessment, and draw up a list of employees to be interviewed. At the same time, all existing documents, procedures, templates, etc. were collected with a view to carrying out a systematic document review. Then, a first version of the schedule was drawn up, taking into account everyone's availability. The schedule covered :

  • documentary review ;

  • interviews with each of the actors;

  • on-site inspections ;

  • time to summarize the information gathered;
