2. Applicable standards

Although software is a relatively recent product, it does not escape the scrutiny of international standards bodies (ISO and AFNOR).

The ISO 9000 quality management standards apply to all organizations, including those that design, manufacture and sell software, particularly in terms of certification.

But international bodies have also drawn up specific standards, adapted for software. Here is a summary of the main ones.
