3. Documents to be created
For a construction project, there are a number of documents to be opened right from the start. These documents, which will enable the project to be carried out, are known as "pure technical" documents. Other documents, based on the regulations of the French Labor Code and building on the purely technical documents, will help to ensure health and safety at work.
All those involved in the building process have documents to open. These documents are completed throughout the design phase, and some concern prevention:
general health and safety coordination plan (PGCSPS) drawn up by the design coordinator;
coordination logbook (RJ) drawn up by the design coordinator and transferred to the construction coordinator;
