3.1 General
3.1.1 Occupancy density (article GHR 1)
In high-rise buildings used exclusively for teaching, the average occupancy of a compartment may, in application of article R. 122-8 of the French Construction and Housing Code, be more than one person per 10 m 2 net floor area, without exceeding one person per 5 m 2 .
