7. Heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and installation of cooking and reheating equipment for catering use

7.1 General provisions (article GH 35)

1. The purpose of the provisions of this section is to avoid the risks of fire outbreak, development and propagation, as well as the risks of explosion due to the installations listed in paragraph 2 below.

2. These provisions apply to :

  • heating (heat production, distribution and emission) ;

  • comfort ventilation, air conditioning and climate control (heating and cooling production, distribution and emission);

  • controlled mechanical ventilation ;

  • domestic hot water (production and distribution) ;

  • cooking and regenerating equipment (catering appliances)....
