INTRODUCTION
For the fire regulations governing high-rise buildings (IGH) and very-high-rise buildings (ITGH), the legislator has laid down additional provisions for the various classes of activity defined in the ERP fire safety regulations of June 25, 1980.
This article sets out the provisions concerning the independence of the various volumes located within the right-of-way of a high-rise building, but also in relation to buildings adjoining it.
It is also specified that each ERP must have emergency resources adapted to the type of establishment concerned and defined in the fire safety regulations.
