3. Measures for non-independent premises and establishments open to the public or other, located in a high-rise building (IGH)
3.1 General (article GH 71)
This section covers premises housing activities associated with the normal operation of the high-rise building, intended for or reserved primarily for occupants, as well as ERP.
The number of occupants is determined in accordance with ERP safety regulations. Where the client or owner can use a declaration of headcount, this specifies the maximum capacity per compartment.
The provisions of the ERP fire and panic safety regulations that are not contrary to the present regulations are applicable to the premises and establishments defined above, when the activities carried out in these premises and establishments do not result in a headcount density per compartment greater than that specified in article R....
