5. Parks of facilities classified for environmental protection

The law of July 19, 1976, as amended, relating to classified installations, makes installations subject to special regulations which, unless special planning or operating provisions are adopted, could cause serious dangers or inconveniences for the neighborhood and the environment.

Facilities subject to these regulations are listed in the nomenclature of classified facilities. Parking lots are listed under number 2935.

Depending on the seriousness of the dangers or inconveniences that their operation may present, classified installations are subject to :

  • with authorization: class A ;

  • declarable: class D.
