3. Parks annexed to and/or considered ERP

For parking lots annexed to public-access establishments (ERP) and/or considered ERP with a capacity of 250 vehicles or less, the PS types provided for in article GN 1 § 1 of the modified June 25, 1980 order will set the general rules.

Pending their publication, safety commissions refer to the provisions of standard decree 2935 (ex 331 bis), which applies to car parks with a capacity of 250 vehicles or less, when examining building permits or applications for development or conversion, adapting them to the specific case of the parking lot in question (see [Doc. C 4 412]).
