INTRODUCTION
The manufacture of concrete products calls on a variety of methods, techniques and equipment adapted to the types and dimensions of the products.
For mass production of small-volume products (blocks, kerbs, pavers, slabs, pipes, fences, etc.), the immediate demolding method is used. As soon as fresh products have been demolded on a support, the mold can be reused for a new operation. This method is applied with techniques (molding, compacting, demolding) specific to machines developed for a given product range, e.g. vibratory block presses, pipe machines, slab presses, fencing machines, etc.
