When we speak of a user, we're not referring to the end user, but to a user organization of any size.
The decision to acquire modeling software for mechanical studies should enable new tasks to be tackled. The impact of this decision on the organization of work and the exercise of the user's responsibilities must be analyzed when the specifications are drawn up.
This reflection on quality requirements must cover two concerns:
software quality: ideally, all software should be intrinsically safe and of the highest quality. We will see in the following paragraphs that the verification of the various quality factors is a major expense item;
the quality of software implementation and operation by the user.
