4. What should the software "publisher" do and say?

From the development of numerical methods and modeling to industrialization in software distributed to third parties, the software quality chain has been described at length. Feedback from our experience now enables us to distinguish between actions that bring real quality to our tools, and those that are part of a formal vision of quality organization that is not very useful.
