5.1 ISO Guide
Work on this guide , which responds to TC 184 resolution 504, took place over 2010 and 2011. In line with the issues described above, it describes five themes to be developed in standardization.

Terminology
The beginning of this article set out the arguments justifying the need to develop a terminology. The ISO guide takes up these arguments and applies them in an international approach. It indicates that this international vocabulary standard must of course be developed on the basis of existing standards in the various technical fields concerned....
